We offer innovative solutions for markets where the access between customer and service provider is sometimes difficult due to administrative, legal or financial obstacles. Our goal at Mamiexpress is to help working mothers balance family and work life. We help with everyday household chores (or duties) like childcare, cleaning, grocery shopping and laundry. At the same time, we are aiming to help mothers who are working in the cleaning and childcare sector to find flexible work with flexible working hours. In addition to Mamiexpress, we also offer Papiexpress, a service to help with all kinds of manual labour like furniture assembly, lamb fitting or small renovations.
Very good & flexible working conditions, high wages for employees and innovative work models that enable both part- and full-time work are a given requirement for us. At the same time, we offer our customers a service with fair prices, flexible times and services and tailor-made solutions.
Our customers are fully protected. There are no legal or financial risks. All Mamiexpress employees are on a permanent contract and fully insured. They are covered by social, accident and BVG insurance and in case of illness. Additionally, our public liability insurance covers any damage caused during working hours. Our employees are not charged for any damages. We are not agents or Treuhandagentur where customers book services and automatically become employers without their knowledge. As a business, our customers bear no legal or financial risks in the event of absence, sickness, damages or any kind employment law matters. At the same time, our employees enjoy full coverage such as pension funds/ receive the same benefits as somebody in full-time employment such as pension funds. This is not the case if a customer acts as an employer and employed somebody on a part-time basis.
Our wages and pricing are the same for everybody and openly declared. There are no Premium options. Wages are reflected in a wage table and are based on performance and experience. Our customers will only be charged after the completion of services. There are no minimum contract periods, commitments or cancellation fees. Our services are customised to the needs of our customers.
